The south side of Market Place including the Bell Yard and pightle - The South west side of Lake Street to Lake Bridge - the Billington Road both sides to the Dunstable Railway - Union House Road both sides the Union Workhouse Grovebury Road to Grovebury Farm.

All the parish of Grove in the county of Bucks comprising the Mill and Houses by the Grand Junction Canal.
