Site of the George Inn, Leighton Buzzard
Subject: The site of the George Inn, Lake Street, Leighton Buzzard
Date: Unknown, but must be pre. 1932 as the tower is still on the Corn Exchange building.

Note: Picture is taken from an old postcard. The Corn Exchange building on the right of the photo (the ornate Italianate building) was built in 1864 on the site of The George Inn. The Corn Exchange was itself demolished in 1965.
